You may use this site for lawful purposes: to read our content, learn about our products and services, and contact us. You agree not to use it in any way that breaks the law, infringes someone's rights, or interferes with anyone else's use of the site.

The content on this site, including text, graphics, design, and the Bells & Pixels, Toudai, Iké, and Fudemoji names and logos, belongs to Bells & Pixels or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. The assessment and the white paper
The readiness assessment, the white paper, and similar resources are provided for general information. They are not advice for your specific situation and we do not warrant any particular result from using them. Any decision you make based on them is your own.
Submissions and applications
When you submit a form (a contact message, a subscription, an assessment, a white-paper request, or an Iké application), you confirm the information you give is accurate and yours to share. We handle what you submit as described in our privacy policy. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information you do not want us to use to respond to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-collect content or data from the site;
- submit false, automated, or spam entries through our forms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its forms, or the systems behind them, or to disrupt or overload them;
- misuse the site in any way that could harm it or other users.
Third-party links and services
The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as YouTube videos. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought only in the state courts located in Cobb County, Georgia, or in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, Atlanta Division. You and Bells and Pixels, LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
